Our handcrafted soaps are made in small batches in Maine. Orders are typically prepared for shipping within 2–4 business days, subject to availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the personal nature of our handmade soaps and body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bccreationsme.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected merchandise.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
International Shipping
